This beautiful tote is made from English oak bark tanned leather.  A timeless design in a traditional colour and a really handy size.  The leather has a slight soft feel to it and the handles are made from English bridle leather. The handles are reinforced and incorporate a handy key loop on the inside.
 
The white layer on the surface of the leather is fats, oils and waxes used in the tanning process. This can easily be brushed off or allowed to come off naturally with use.
